Konrad Gerszke is President of Europe Central/East Region for Nielsen. He was appointed to lead our businesses across this diverse region in April 2015.
Prior to his role in Central/East Europe, Konrad was Executive Vice President, Professional Services for Nielsen in North America, leading Nielsen’s global relationship with Procter & Gamble. He has also been responsible for leading our relationship with Nestlé in North America, as well as our Global Financial Services team. Konrad joined Nielsen in March 2010 as leader of Strategy and Transformation for Nielsen’s global Buy businesses.
Prior to his career at Nielsen, Konrad served as a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Consumer Goods Practice. During his 13-year tenure at McKinsey, he served many global CPG industry leaders on issues such as growth strategy, customer management, pricing and trade management and organization.
Konrad graduated with honors in business administration from the University of Münster, Germany and holds an undergraduate degree of the University of Cologne, Germany.
