Application & Interview Process

Just four easy steps and you could be our next new valued employee at Nielsen.

Step 1: Create a profile and apply on-line for positions that match your job search criteria

If you do not see the perfect job for you at this time, create a profile and have email alerts sent to you when a matching role is available. Let us do the work for you!

Step 2: Profile review and phone screen

Our team of qualified Staffing members reviews applications on a daily basis. If you match the requirements of an open position, you will be contacted by a Staffing member for a phone screen. If a mutual match is confirmed, the Staffing member will facilitate in-person interviews with an Interview Team.

Step 3: In-person Interviews

During this period, your staffing member will continue to guide you through the process as you meet with a variety of Nielsen employees to further match your skills against the role. Depending on the role, an assessment may be administered.

Step 4: Background Verifications & Offers

You are in the home stretch now. The offer details will be agreed upon at this point. All potential new hires are required to successfully pass a background verification check corresponding to the role for which they are interviewing.
