Management Development Rotation Program

The Nielsen Management Development Rotation Program (MDRP) is a challenging program for talented high performing individuals. The primary objective of the MDRP is to attract and train the very best and brightest talent and foster their development as future Nielsen leaders. The program is designed to develop a multi-skilled, multi-talented workforce through exposure to our businesses, a variety of functional disciplines, and educational experiences.

Participants spend 18 months working in various Nielsen business units gaining exposure to areas such as sales & marketing, finance, communications, production/operations, information technology, and engineering/technology. Assignments within the program consist of four rotations with Nielsen offices located in the following areas: New York City, Tampa, Chicago and Los Angeles.
