Susan Dunn is President, Consumer Products for Nielsen. Appointed to this role in January 2011, Susan is responsible for leading all product solutions across the Buy segment of Nielsen's business.

Previously, Susan served as Area Vice President with responsibility for overseeing a global team in support of Nielsen's relationship with The Coca-Cola Company. Before that, she was Client Business Partner responsible for leading Nielsen's relationship with Coca-Cola North America and prior to that, she led Sales Development efforts across several clients. Susan joined Nielsen in 1992 in Professional Services providing business analyses to a variety of clients. From 1997 to 1999, Susan spent time at Hershey's before returning to Nielsen. There, she was instrumental in building the category management department and positioning Hershey's as a leader of retailer insights. Earlier in her career, Susan worked at The Pillsbury Company where she was responsible for sales and retailer relationships across the US Southeast.

Susan holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a B.A. in marketing from the University of Iowa.
