Julanne Schiffer is Senior Vice President, Insight and Analytics at Nielsen Entertainment, responsible for leveraging Nielsen’s world-renowned consumer insights and analytic portfolio to enable growth for brands, particularly in the branded entertainment and content partnership space. She guides clients using consumer research at all phases of the brand partnership process from artist selection and activation planning to ROI measurement.
Julanne brings to Nielsen Entertainment 20 years of experience developing and executing research-based strategies for clients in the music, TV, film, digital media, technology and CPG sectors. She has spent much of her career studying consumer entertainment behavior, having served in various analytics, product and commercial capacities at leading market and advertising research companies such as Ipsos, OTX, and Nielsen IAG. Early in her career, she held research positions at MTV Networks and Zenith Media US. Julanne has a BA in Media & Communications from the University of Maryland.
