He leads Fox Meadow Consulting in New York, a branding and strategic marketing firm. Grant has been tapped to lead 15 Meredith Corp. media assignments and Jim Cramer’s digital brands. Contributing as GLAAD’s outsourced Chief Strategy Officer, he developed and launched the GLAAD Media Institute in addition to leading the Accelerating Acceptance annual poll. Grant is a persuasive storyteller and passionate leader who engineers business narratives across categories including technology, media, retail and non-profit.
Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer at Time Inc., Grant led branding initiatives in the media portfolio, including People, InStyle and Fortune. Prior to this, as VP of Marketing and Development, he launched Real Simple and expanded the brand portfolio from print to include books, television, digital, retail products and branded experiences.
With an expertise in consumer behavior and purchasing triggers, he is the author of “She Means Business,” a B2B primer that helps marketers and agencies better understand what makes today’s woman tick.
Grant lives in Scarsdale, NY, with his husband Lawrence Diamond and twins, Margot and Graydon.
