You are responsible for securing your own hotel accommodations. The primary room block is at the Marriott Marquis; however, we are also offering a limited number of guest rooms at a reduced rate at the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown, located 0.2 miles (5 minute walk) from the Marriott Marquis.

Please make your hotel reservations by Wednesday, May 16 to ensure that you will receive the discounted guest room rate. After this date, room reservations at the discounted guest room rate will be made on a space-available basis. NOTE: The room blocks may sell out before the cutoff date, and we encourage you to make your hotel reservation early. The discounted group room rate will be extended three (3) days prior to and three (3) days after the conference dates, based on availability. You may cancel your guest room reservation before 6:00 p.m. on your day of arrival. If you cancel after this deadline, you will be charged for one night, plus tax. Internet will be provided at no charge in guest rooms.

Marriott Marquis and Renaissance Washington DC Downtown are located approximately 4.6 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 27.6 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and 31.7 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

Name badges will be issued at registration. Badges must be worn during all conference-sponsored events, including the evening functions.
Casual business attire is suggested for all scheduled conference events. Sweaters or jackets are suggested inside the hotel due to air conditioning.
