Mike Terpkosh is the Vice President, Store Services, at SUPERVALU, leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide systems, processes and procedures in the areas of category strategy, assortment, presentation, planograms, retail execution, store operations and data strategy. He is responsible for developing and implementing highly effective processes and systems that ensure best in class category strategy development, store operation tactics and data sharing for SUPERVALU. He also manages the Store Operations Team responsible for front-end systems, labor scheduling, retail tags/signs and store operational procedures.
Mike has been with SUPERVALU since May 1987 and has held several positions across the company during his tenure. As a Director within the Strategic Sourcing Department, Mike was responsible for sourcing non-resale products and services needed to run SUPERVALU’s business, as well as the development and use of e-procurement technology for the company. He’s also had responsibilities for SUPERVALU’s category management, retail pricing, retail execution and internet-based trading partner program.
