How We Use the Data

We may use the data you provide us:

  • To respond to your questions and fulfill your requests.
  • To send you information about the site, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies and/or other administrative information.
  • To send you commercial communications that we believe may interest you (unless you choose not to receive them).
  • For our internal business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, developing new products, improving our site or services, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of our communications.

We may use the information we receive from your use of this site in the following ways:

  • Your IP address: Your IP address is a number that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns to the computer you’re using. Whenever you visit this site, our server automatically identifies and logs your IP address, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that you visit. Collecting IP addresses is standard practice on the internet and is done automatically by many websites.  We use IP addresses to calculate site usage, understand the country or region where our website visitors are located, help diagnose server problems, and administer the site.
  • Your browser: Certain data is collected through most browsers, such as your computer’s media access control (MAC) address, operating system and version, screen resolution and web browser type and version.
  • Cookies: Cookies are text files that web servers send to your computer for recordkeeping and other purposes. The site may use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your computer after you close your browser until you delete them or they expire). We use cookies for security purposes, to help you navigate the site, to display information more effectively and to better serve you with tailored information on this site. We also use cookies to gather statistical information about how visitors use the site in order to continually improve its design and functions.  If you do not want data to be collected from your device by cookies, most browsers have a setting that allows you to decline the use of cookies. Some features of the site may not work properly if you decline the use of cookies. To learn more about cookies, please visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/.
  • We also use Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to help us analyze how visitors use the site. Among other things, these tools use cookies to collect data about the number of visitors to the site, the web page that referred visitors to the site, and the pages that visitors view within the site. Both Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics use persistent cookies.

To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To opt out of Adobe Analytics, please click here.
  • Pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs and other similar technologies: These may be used in connection with some site pages to, among other things, track the actions of site users, compile statistics about site usage, associate non-identifiable demographic and preference data with device-related data (e.g., cookie IDs), in some cases matching that with similar data supplied by other companies, or estimate the age ranges of the audience which viewed the videos on this site.

We use Google Analytics and Adobe SiteCatalyst to help us analyze how visitors use the Site. Among other things, these tools use cookies to collect information about the number of visitors to the Site, the webpage that referred visitors to the Site, and the pages that visitors view within the Site. Both the Google Analytics and the Adobe SiteCatalyst cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser; this type of cookie is known as a "persistent" cookie.

If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows you to decline the use of cookies. Some features of the Site may not work properly if you decline the use of cookies. To learn more about cookies, please visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/. To opt out of being tracked by Google Analytics across all websites, visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To opt out of Adobe SiteCatalyst, please click here.
