 In this role you will:

Develop the BASES business through strategic leadership,  being a client partner and trusted advisor of one or a portfolio of accounts

Accountable for achieving and exceeding revenue targets through excellence in partnership with Nielsen cross-functional colleagues

Establish self as strategic partner with clients, focused on full new product innovation system and fully supportive of initiatives from early stages to activation

Job Responsibilities: 

Serve as a key leader for client relationships, creating strategic plans, understanding business needs, driving to better innovation outcomes to increase client engagement

Drive Nielsen business results through consultative selling and pursue new business from existing and potential clients

Independently lead client meetings, design and estimate costs of projects  and conduct external presentations as appropriate – ensuring client deliverables, including forecasts, are consistent with client business decisions and strategy

Understand full innovation eco-system/process, including Nielsen’s competitive environment, preferred agencies, tools

Aligns the broader client team with client needs – provides relevant client background, history and other Nielsen analytics

The ideal candidate will have:

7+ years of experience in marketing, research, business development, consulting or a related field

3+ years of supervisory experience

Strong  multi-tasker with the ability to operate and make decisions independently using  a bold, nimble and collaborative approach to problem solving

Accountable, motivated, results driven and open to new ideas and ongoing learning

Strong consultative, business development and analytical skills developed through client and project management experience

Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

Strong leadership and people management skills

Statistics, research techniques and experimental designs experience

Technically fluid with a strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Google Apps for Work

Experience with Nielsen services and forecasting models, French language experience would be an asset
