Jacques has worked at Ford for 17 years. His career has spanned three continents and multiple brands that were owned by Ford over the years. His career included leadership roles within markets and the various brands with cross functional experience in finance, marketing, sales and general management
As from April, 2014, Jacques has assumed responsibility for Marketing in the Asia Pacific Region, covering the 12 major markets and many smaller ones. This is Jacques’s second tour of the region having first worked in China in 2010 through to 2012, when he was the Executive Director for Marketing. Jacques current role in AP includes regional responsibility for consumer, product and retail marketing in addition to market research and marketing strategy
Prior to this most recent appointment, Jacques was Group Marketing Manager, Large Cars and SUV’s based at Ford Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. These car and utility lines form a large portion of the Ford business in the United States and Jacques’s responsibility included both the current portfolio performance and development of the future products for this portfolio.
