As an Account Manager, your role will be dual: you will acquire, manage and maintain strong commercial relationships with new clients in the Baltics and you will work on enhancing cooperation with existing clients in Poland. 


  • Implementation of an individual sales plan

  • Building and developing cooperation with clients

  • Demonstrating services to new clients

  • Acquiring new customers

  • Negotiating contracts

  • Preparation of commercial offers

  • Close cooperation with the Retailer team

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing or Business Engineering

  • Driving license B

  • Positive attitude

  • Ambitious and willing to achieve challenging targets

  • Self-organized and able to apply good time management

  • Knowledge of English and Polish language enabling fluent communication in speech and writing

  • Knowledge of Lithuanian / Latvian / Estonian languages would be an additional advantage

  • Understanding of FMCG industry would be an additional advantage
