We are looking for a Data Operations Executive to join us and be accountable for the delivery of all client reports, quality checks & deliver improvements in order to serve our clients with high quality data. You will also work with our partner to secure the on time loading of data and to ensure on time harmonisation,

Role Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of clients, ensuring data deliveries are made ontime with a focus on quality
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure first time deliveries are made to a high standard and with fast delivery
  • Investigate client queries into reports, usage and data, and translate your findings to the client management teams clearly and concisely
  • Ensure responses are fed back by via Salesforce with regular updates provided to the Client Response person
  • Where necessary liaise with Client Services to ensure work is completed on-time, allowing Nielsen to deliver on-time
  • Effectively escalate major issues to the Operations manager
  • Attend daily meetings & handover meetings with the Commercial Team where necessary
  • Assist where applicable with User Acceptance Testing to check work carried out by Tech Ops is suitable for the operations team
  • Look at ways to facilitate Continuous Improvement in order to be able to improve our quality and efficiency for our clients.
  • Escalate IT problems effectively and efficiently to minimise impact on the team and clients. 
  • Assist with training and helping new starters learn their role


Role Requirements:

  • Strong excel skills
  • Clear & confident communication skills are essential.  This role requires frequent interaction with colleagues locally and internationally
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment
  • Comfortable working within a team or on their own
  • Organised, analytical, with outside of the box thinking solves problems.
  • Solution oriented and focussed on quality and first class delivery
  • Attention to detail
