AUTOMATION ENGINEER

 

 

ABOUT THIS JOB

We are currently seeking an Automation Engineer within the RPA Center of Excellence for our international Media businesses.  This position requires a strong communicator who can work on guiding multiple projects simultaneously.  The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and alongside the Automation CoE team to ensure environment uptime, identify and troubleshoot failures, and implement changes with adequate documentation. The Automation Engineer is accountable for the holistic Automation (RPA / Cloud) infrastructure, taking into account servers, databases, file shares, robot machines and application installation. Managing the orchestration and control of the virtual workforce, environments, and continuous improvement in performance. Along with the engagement with other infrastructure/platform teams related to integration or dependencies.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify & Troubleshoot Process Automation failures
  • Develop Automations using UIPath
  • Will provide support and maintenance of UI Path application and Infrastructure
  • Work with developers and application owners to implement the change & document it
  • Troubleshooting and providing solutions for production issues raise by either end user / automated monitors
  • Implement and fortify monitoring program through application monitoring tool
  • Participate in Stakeholder meetings and present the insights into Automation Metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with UiPath RPA technology
  • Good Programming Experience in UiPath
  • Deployed UiPath Application components
  • Programming skills
  • Knowledge of UiPath infrastructure & Experience in troubleshooting infrastructure related issues
  • Used UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring and management of UiPath Robot automation activity
  • Hands on experience using AWS or any other cloud services to interact with, create, or  deploy  UiPath components
  • Experience in Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Good Knowledge on Incident Management Workflow/ITSM Process
  • Proficiency in Communication
  • Should have worked with multiple global teams and cultures, should have the diplomacy to deal with multinational clients
  • 4-6 Years’ Experience in RPA Development/Production Support using UiPath
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
