As a Business Development Manager, your role will be to manage and maintain strong commercial relationships with existing key global clients and develop/manage the relationship with cooperating/new countries within the scope of provided services.



As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Implementation of an individual sales plan and delivering revenue target

  • Managing business development go to market strategy

  • Building and developing relationships with new/existing market Nielsen stakeholders

  • Validating incoming business opportunities in terms of new openings, partnerships etc.

  • Acquiring new global customers

  • Demonstrating services to new clients

  • Negotiating contracts

  • Preparation of commercial offers

Our candidate will have:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing or Business Engineering

  • Salesman integrity and passion

  • Self-organized and able to apply good time management skills

  • Ability to prioritise work and filter out noise

  • Confidence in decision making

  • Knowledge of English and Polish language enabling fluent communication in speech and writing

  • Driving license B

  • Positive attitude

  • Understanding of FMCG industry would be a big advantage
