About the job

You will be responsible for establishment and expansion of customer relationships and implementation of customized research projects with an overview of the projects from briefing, proposal preparation to implementation and presentation of the results. Also, you are expected to contribute to the achievement of the agreed sales, profitability and customer satisfaction goals of the team.


  • Proactively and profitably offering consumer insights solutions and advise customers on the appropriate methodological approach for their specific issues.

  • Designing projects in cooperation with internal and external service providers and preparing the proposals in response to client’s briefs.

  • Coordinating with the project delivery team as well as with the wider Consumer Insights community to ensure that the project goals are achieved within the specified time frame to full customer satisfaction.

  • Having regular customer contact while the project is being carried out and work closely with the delivery team to ensure that projects are well managed and delivered, while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Supporting the delivery team for the final deliverables, ensuring this is in line with the proposal to the client, meeting their business objectives and requirements. 

  • Actively approaching new contacts/ new customers in order to initiate and implement new projects.

  •  Developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts within the clients’ organization.

About you

  • University degree in Sociology or Social sciences, Business Administration with a focus on marketing or market research (or comparable degree with an analytical focus)

  • Several years of professional experience in Market Research

  • Very good methodological knowledge (quantitative and qualitative) as well as current developments in market research methods

  • Experience in writing questionnaires, managing research projects

  • Very good at dealing with people and able to develop relationships at all levels of the customer organization

  • Very good project management skills and a high degree of problem-solving orientation in order to be able to work on parallel, complex projects

  • Presentation/communication skills and client orientation.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including business English proficiency

  • Safe command of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point), knowledge of SPSS or other statistical software for market research is a plus
