Job Description

This role is to provide support to the delivery team in managing coordination with all support functions and to provide on-ground support to execute administrative matters from the office.


  • Drive key country initiatives and provide the necessary support to the execution team and stakeholders
  • Do a comprehensive analysis and provide support to QCT Executives and Delivery Leader with the findings
  • Pro-actively get involved in problem solving and requirements from the field team, even coordinating with other areas
  • Coordination with RTA, HR, Finance in preparation of field expense and cash advance reports and statements.
  • Manage all field monthly financial expense records and files as per the company policies for full-time field auditor, part-timer as well as vendors
  • Make sure the accomplishment of every QCTE, Sr. Auditor or Auditor’s administrative task is supported and resolved, even coordinating with other required areas
  • Control over the outlets (entering new ones, entering statuses on the removed and temporarily closed, entering data on recruitment and re-testing
  • Closely following productivity and expenses to ensure accomplishment
  • Recruitment and dismissal processes follow up to facilitate the interaction between areas, documents and assets transition, vacant positions coverage


  • Work experience in administrative with basic financial management
  • High integrity record
  • Comfortable working with numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and set timelines
  • Team player with a collaborative disposition
  • Very good English skills 
  • Native Slovakian or Czech is a must-have 
  • Excel knowledge (formulas, pivots)
