eCommerce Insights (eCI) is a Nielsen Brandbank's product performance tracking service, allowing us to see how the brand's essential KPI's are performing across retailer websites.  eCI provides detailed statistics on products, including how product's pricing is changing each day, how products are performing against other brands in search results and how large category coverage is with different retailers.


  • Daily work on e-Commerce Insight (eCI) platform (performing daily matching indicated products across assigned accounts and ensuring that the correct product is matched against the client list)

  • Setting up new accounts and updating client accounts in eCI according to the client requirements

  • Performing other assigned tasks in eCI (searching data for clients, managing user access etc.)

  • Managing eCI accounts independently


  • Ability to work without guidance

  • Efficient usage of a computer, especially typing on a keyboard

  • Knowledge of the MS Office Package

  • Communicative level of  English (speaking and writing)

  • Fluent level of Polish (speaking and writing) 

  • Very good organizational skills

  • Ability to work under the time pressure

  • Attention to details
