In this role, you will be responsible for the 1st line support of feeds to data consumers. The role requires you to have a good blend of both customer & technical skills as you will often be required to talk with both commercial & technical contacts.
This leads to:
Improved time to resolution
Providing the known first point of contact for all Integration Incidents and Service requests
Provide 1st line support for internal & external customers
Day to day management of the Integration IT Service Management tool, making sure SLAs are met by responding to and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
Develop a thorough understanding of every aspect of the Brandbank service.
Dealing with commercial and technical personnel at all levels.
An understanding of consumer content and/or online retail industry and related technologies.
Monitoring Integration services to ensure agreed uptime is met.
Perform troubleshooting on integration production issues and recommend appropriate solutions and monitor all integration maintenance activities.
Setting up new client standard feeds, working with the client and internal teams.
