JUNIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR
Poland – Warsaw – Inflancka Street

ABOUT THIS JOB

This role is a part of the Operations team which ensures that long term research projects run smoothly across internal and external partners. The aim of Junior Project Coordinator is to work as a liaison between the client service team and internal departments as well as external suppliers in order to ensure a high-quality consumer data collection for our research studies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborating with client service on study objectives and client requirements
  • Creating high-quality questionnaires based on input from client service teams; coordinating the translation process
  • Checking programs for online surveys
  • Acting as a point of contact for the client service team on survey set up, test product, concept logistics, and data collection
  • Coordinating, communicating and documenting all research study information, deadlines and changes, whilst managing timelines
  • Creating study material for external vendors and monitor the progress of interviews
  • Liaising with internal and external departments on pre-field set-up
