We are seeking a talented Consumer Research Executive from a market research background to be based in our London office (Shaftesbury Avenue) when it is safe to do so. 
Working effectively with multiple third-party agencies, clients and internal stakeholders
Participate in the setup, coordination and delivery of quantitative research programmes for sports rights holders and sponsors
Project management responsibilities on multiple projects with the support of senior team members:
Liaise with and manage third parties to deliver to brief
Quality assurance / checking of surveys
Fieldwork management
Project delivery responsibilities on multiple projects with the support of senior team members:
Data analysis / creation of data tables in our analysis software
Creation of reports in PowerPoint / data visualisation tools 
When appropriate manage day-to-day client contact and requests (with senior support as required)
Provide support to senior team on non-project specific tasks (e.g. proposals, internal requests)


Ideally experience in a role in which consumer research formed at least 50% of the role 
Some research experience from an industry placement or from a relevant degree
A keen interest in understanding consumer behaviours and using data to derive insight and inform decision making
Proactively develops own skill set and knowledge
Knowledge of / experience in research fundamentals:
Writing questionnaires 
Online survey tools 
Basic statistical techniques
Experience of using research analytics tools e.g. SPSS and spreadsheeting/charting tools;
Experience of data visualization tools is desirable but not essential 
Ability to explain complex things in a simple, accessible way
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge and interest of the sports industry an advantage
