Job Description

Operations Coordinator (Quality Control Executive), Kyiv 


There are supervisors, there are researchers, and then there are those elusive people who excel at both. Operations Coordinator (Quality Control Tower (QCT) Executives )) aim for all targets–quality, performance, productivity–and meet them with accuracy. 


Organization and control of collecting audit’s data (retail):

  • Planning and control scheduled visits of auditors outlets
  • Coordination of work field staff (25+people)
  • Support for field staff  in work, including technical 
  • Organization of effective and timely delivery of data collected by field staff
  • Coordination of client field visits
  • Organization and conduct of additional research from client’s and  head office’s requests

Ensuring and maintaining the required level of data quality:

  • Monitoring and management of field processes, proactive research of trends and problems arising in “online” mode
  • Organization additional checks on identified trends and alarm notification in course of work
  • Analysis of reports in the system of dashboards, detection and prevention of violation of the methodology of work by field staff

Human resource management:

  • Recruitment
  • Training in the quality standards of the company
  • Attestation of employees
  • Development of prospective employees of the company for professional and career growth  
  • Planning of rewards
  • Attraction to disciplinary sanctions

  • College/University Degree 
  • 2+ previous years of experience in managing a team of people any size 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • English language – intermediate level
  • People management basics 
  • Strong Analytical mind – inquiring mind with attention to detail 
  • Easiness to work with numbers/statistics 
  • Ability to influence and persuade others 
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Coaching skills 
  • Technically savvy/digital tools/ computer usage ( google, chats, MsOffice, etc.)
