About the role 

The Senior Analyst Associate is responsible for executing against specific analytical related activities including the set-up & the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. Focus is to create high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful analyses with quantified business opportunities  and presentations that contribute to client outcomes


  • Summarize data in tables, charts, and graphs

  • Analyze and interpret sales data and consumer data + One Nielsen portfolio data

  • Deliver final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue-based) building a story and final recommendations

  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies

  • Follow and fully owns CD Center of Excellence (COE) ways of the working process, manages Clients'/Key Account Manager’ (CBP) expectations

  • Interacts with client staff on routine issues

  • Supporting coverage analysis

  • Lead client meetings and presentations over the phone and in-person

  • Drive time/cost-effectiveness on project

  • Inspire peers and co-workers

  • Building a strong relationship with clients

  • Identify sales opportunities/supporting sales opportunities at the client and pass the leads to the Key Account (Sales) Managers


  • Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge, both verbal and written 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analyzing 

  • Advanced Knowledge with Microsoft Excel (Pivots and Vlookup), PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Slides

  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Good at problem-solving

  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders until resolution

  • Ability to manage complex issues

  • Strong business and financial acumen (including business environment and client)

  • High level of client service skills

  • Understanding of growth and brand strategy

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques

  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment

  • Ability to work independently and within a virtual environment

  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills

  • Interest in the commercial industry

  • Experience in FMCG /Market Research sector will be a plus
