Job Description

If you speak fluent English, pay attention to details and have outstanding organizational skills, and above all, you are interested in market research, then this position is for you! We are looking for a Support Specialist who will be supporting our Innovation Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the SOP creation process ensuring the key processes have relevant documentation, conducting regular reviews and audits

  • Reviewing and maintaining the system access matrix according to security standards

  • Preparing and distributing various reports and newsletters

  • Document support to the European Innovation team which includes mainly but not limited to shared Google drives and Confluence 

  • Managing the process of capacity/ demand planning for central projects as per the procedure

  • Responsible for completeness of vendor documentation and coordinating the flows of agreements and invoices

  • Proofreading and polishing reports and presentations in line with the brand book

  • Preparing meeting agendas and coordinating events like lunch and learn, open hours, and similar

Qualifications

Skills required:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken at C1), preferred: graduate of linguistics or philology

  • Good google suite skills (especially Slides & Sheets)

  • Attention to detail

  • Great organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Quick learner with a can-do attitude

  • 1-2 years experience as an assistant, office coordinator, technical writer, or similar

  • Willingness to work in the international team, in digital environment
