Job Description

This newly created key role within the Nielsen Connect Global Real Estate & Facilities Team will oversee Program and Project Management of Real Estate initiatives within LATAM and North America.This role will report to the VP of Global Real Estate and Facilities. You will be an integral member of the Real Estate organization and will work with other pillars within the Global Real Estate Organization, as well as with Business Units, Finance, Legal, and other groups.


  • Program and Project management of Real Estate initiatives within LATAM and North America
  • Oversee the process from design until handover
  • Manage relationship with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Active involvement in evolving the Real Estate portfolio
  • Identify and roll out best practices to optimize buildout and space needs
  • Contribute to site selection, portfolio optimization, Merger & Acquisition strategy and Real Estate strategy processes
  • Contribute to cost savings and avoidance targets
  • Identify and benchmark key metrics to measure our performance against the best-in-class
  • Provide inputs for annual budget preparation and forward-looking planning

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • University degree in Real Estate, Business, Architecture, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer  or equivalent relevant experience
  • Track record of simultaneously managing multiple projects in the region 
  • Experienced in overseeing large budgets 
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • CAD and MS Project skills (Preferred)
