ABOUT THIS JOB

The Customer Relations Executive will work as a part of the Customer Relations Team and provide a first-class experience for customers including identifying “key accounts”. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Understanding and investigating the customers' objectives and assessing areas 

  • Developing key customer processes in line with Brandbank growth

  • Working with the customers to create professional bespoke reporting services

  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customer 

  • Working closely with Account Managers to achieve key account objectives

  • Attending customer meetings

  • Assisting customers with technical knowledge of the image download service and  features of the available download formats

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a Customer Service role, ideally in a Business to the Business environment is a big plus

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian is required (fluency in Romanian is a Plus) 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation skills and the ability to network effectively

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team, in a fast-paced environment 

  • Highly organized, driven, with good time management skills and a logical approach 

  • Able to prioritize workload and excellent attention to detail
