As the Director, Technology Support, you will be part of a global organization with highly skilled technologists who thrive and are passionate about what we do. This leadership role will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, vendor management, IT infrastructure, projects, service operations, service delivery, financials, etc., 


  • Partner with business, technology, security teams, and vendors to explore the right technologies, align business & technology strategies, priorities, innovation, and continuous service improvement.

  • Represent the regional Enterprise IT and act as an escalation point for IT service issues raised by business stakeholders, users, and vendors.

  • Work with internal customers and vendors to establish a qualitative assessment of the service provision, monitor operational metrics, review service levels, identify productivity opportunities.

  • Review and implement effective IT policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure IT practices are in compliance with standards, local laws, regulations, and corporate governance.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies in order to highlight/mitigate potential concerns/risks.

  • Provide leadership to all in-region internal and outsourced IT Infrastructure resources.

  • Lead regional IT infrastructure project management efforts and initiatives.

  • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, equipment refresh, and support of all IT infrastructure managed systems/equipment.

  • Manage and oversee the IT Infrastructure and Operations related issues and the provision of end-user services.

  • Influences collaborate and set clear priorities & expectations for teams and stakeholders.

  • Acts as a strategic leader, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous service improvement.

  • 15+ years in IT Infrastructure and Operations or related areas with 7+ experience years in team management.

  • Can effectively manage teams to resolve incidents in a timely manner, with excellent customer service.

  • Effectively communicates, influences, and manages senior/challenging stakeholders, creating clarity, and alignment.

  • Develops and articulates clear strategies for their team and stakeholders. 

  • Sound IT Infrastructure and Operations knowledge/skills, preferably with experience in Agile, ITIL and operation/monitoring tools.

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business 

  • Exposure towards market research, FMCG industry, and big data is a plus. 

  • Minimum B.S. degree in Computer Science / MIS, Computer Engineering or related field
