Job Description

Ebit | Nielsen is the largest consumer opinion platform in Brazil where registered retailers receive medals (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond) according to the opinion of consumers in surveys of satisfaction with real shopping experiences, according to the following criteria: quantity of answered surveys, percentages of on-time deliveries and the likelihood of consumers buying back at the store. The Ebit Manager will be responsible for sales, client relationship management and to provide market insights for product and services development.


  • Meetings with retailers and customers, understanding the market and client needs

  • Client management

  • Bring inputs of the client needs and work in partnership with the technical team in order to develop a better product

  • Define the commercial strategy to reach the market working together with the Product team, the Commercial Leader in Latin America, Vertical Retail in Brazil, and Technology

  • Partnership with Marketing in Social Media strategy

  • Relationship with Press, responding queries, participating in Lives, etc.

  • Organization of EBIT events

  • Responsible for selling the Ebit solutions to Manufacturers and Retailers

  • Manage a team of 5 to 10 people


  • 9 years of experience in a similar role or background in the Commercial area (in E-commerce side) in Technology or Retailers companies 

  • Fluent Portuguese and English (it will be tested)

  • Problem solver and risk-taker 

  • Resilient and proactive attitude

  • Excellent communication skills


  • Bachelor’s Degree
