About the position

The Digital Solutions Specialist is a key role in the Digital team, responsible for developing our digital solutions portfolio adoption within the industry across Advertisers, Agencies, Networks and Publishers in MX, as well as helping with the account management of digital clients, both locally and regionally.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the digital landscape. We are keen to recruit a self-starter who knows how to manage relationships, provides outstanding insights and develops strategic relationships with clients. 



  • Builds trusted relationship with key clients to understand Client issues and opportunities

  • Partners and works collaboratively with Nielsen’s organization 

  • Builds and delivers impactful business material

  • Provides help desk support on measurement methodology and User Interface basics

  • Generates standard and complex reports for clients

  • Performs analysis and interpretation of data to provide valuable insights to clients

  • Delivers training on data reading and user interface

  • Develops relationships with strategic focus and growth mindset 




  • Bachelor on Digital Marketing, Marketing or equivalent

  • 2+ years in the Digital industry and/or related work experience

  • Experience in Digital Advertising

  • Passion for Media industry and Advertising, with a focus on digital

  • Storytelling and data visualization skills

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the digital industry

  • A positive can-do attitude 

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills

  • Analytical and numerical skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, precise and organized

  • Existing relationships with Digital Publishers is a plus

  • Exceptional presentation skills and an ability to lead a discussion with senior clients

  • Proficient in Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce
