The FP&A Analyst demonstrates accountability for functional business, and broad company

objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within a functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.




  • Integrate and support processes that meet business needs, manage issues within functional areas of expertise
  • Analyze and organize data appropriately by anticipating the internal clients expectations and work effectively
  • Use knowledge of line of business and trends to determine materiality of variances; analyze and report the financial impact on the business
  • Manages forecasting and planning process, ensuring reporting requirement deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across all teams locally and regionally
  • Ensure effective closing of books on monthly & quarterly basis, meeting all checks and balances and reporting requirements
  • Effectively participate in business planning session (annual/adhoc) and track progress 
  • Participate in development of financial policies & procedures/processes across International Media to drive simplification & efficiency
  • Anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on FP&A processes by applying knowledge of accounting, finance and business processes.
  • Assist in driving the profitability and growth by analyzing revenues and costs as well as new initiatives as well as helping manage cash flow
  • Frequently performing analytical assessment of different streams of businesses to check on the profitability and other relevant KPI to assess business health.




  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in financial positions
  • Advanced MS Office, Google sheets, SAP, Hyperion-EPM
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated Analytical skills, structured approach and proactive
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver on key priorities
  • Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds, with remote counterparts
  • Critical Thinking- able to analyze and demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Works well under tight deadlines and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and a dynamic environment





  • Work closely with local / regional FP&A teams, Client service leadership and commercial teams
  • Work along and collaborate with Controllership teams on closing schedule, accounting services, and consolidated accounts, with focus on numbers making sense
  • Work with Revenue Controllers on revenue projections and conversions, at the same time collaborating with them on collections
  • Partner with Operational Controller and team (closing cut-off dates, journals, supporting documentation ) along with compliance and governance

The IMEA FPA team is located in India,UAE, South Africa and Belgium with interactions to each others
