Jr Consultant – New Business Team

Job Purpose

The person filling this role is responsible for feeding the conversion funnel and conducting the leads to conversion in order to achieve their sales objective. He/she will also work on tailor made presentations that fit leads necessities. We intend to develop this person to in the future be more effective in connecting market needs to our solutions and communicating them clearly and with passion on sales pitch.

 

Responsabilities

  • Conduct lead hunt and contact, presentations, proposals, contracts and input of sales on Salesforce in order to expand the base of new clients (new logos or win back).
  • Act on “lead listening” report, by contacting leads of your category and connecting their possible challenges to our solutions.
  • Comply on activity goals and develop tailor made presentation for leads in the discovery phase and present.
  • Continually build pipeline of new business opportunities by developing and managing relationships with prospects.
  • Negotiate when necessary and conduct lead to conversion in order to achieve new business sales objective.
  • Track all opportunity and prospect details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Interact with Legal to address contract approval, signing and modifications (when needed).
  • Study and become “fluent” on use case and all aspects and concepts involving Nielsen Media solutions DAR and DBE. Look for experience with presenting both on sales pitch.
  • Send new clients briefing to client services and follow up with their onboarding.
  • Fulfill and act towards getting the commitment from new clients. Should have personal control of sales objectives achievement, evolution and action plan towards his/her goals. Guarantee account creation and EoA recognition, iterating on needed actions from Revenue Controller and Sales Operations.
  • Provide product and competitive feedback internally.
  • Provide weekly accurate forecast to sales management. 
  • Execute individual development plans. Take internal trainings from the company owned program and Degreed, and apply knowledge to daily activities.
  • Become expert in Sales Pitch and Top Funnel activation activities.
