Job Description

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes sales and deeply cares about our clients. The Sales Manager will be part of the leadership team of Consumer Panel in Brazil. The role reports directly to the Business Unit Leader for the Latam region

  • Ability to drive sales strategy, effectively translating the Consumer Panel strategy into the Brazilian plan to deliver success
  • Maintain customer relationships, develop and implement strategies for expanding business focus and customer base
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing insights, actionable and measurable recommendations during presentations
  • Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards
  • Develop strategic understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities of Nielsen
  • Ensure cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies
  • Responsible for allocating work based on the current team workload capacity and the skills and aspirations of the team
  • Scale people impact by driving clarity, generating energy, and building diverse teams.
  • Skilled in coaching direct reports to drive sales excellence behavior improvements
  • Establish high standards of performance, provide support, recognition and feedback to develop associates and support a strong team environment
     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing a sales team
  • Proven experience with Consumer Panel and integration with other data sources
  • Strong track record of recruiting a diverse and inclusive team, developing and retaining a high performing enterprise sales organization
  • Proven experience successfully meeting sales revenues and targets
  • Strong engagement and communication skills
  • Polished, persuasive communication skills with experience in group presentations and proposal writing
  • Language Skills: Fluent English, Advanced Spanish (differential)
