  • Design, develop, and deliver marketing effectiveness studies for leading global brands
  • Understand clients’ business questions and objectives as well as the business context in which those clients operate
  • Mentor other team members and promote Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) best practices
  • Ensure effective and timely delivery of project work
  • Apply statistical modelling best practices and ensure that business insights and findings are solidly based on empirical evidence
  • Ensure team’s compliance to global modeling practices and company quality standards
  • Maximize the efficient and effective use of resources by utilizing appropriate processes and tools
  • Build and maintain effective contacts with other departments to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources
  • Take accountability for model quality, model commercial viability, and delivery timing
  • Propose initiatives and follow-through
  • Liaise with appropriate Nielsen Media departments to ensure hardware and software requirements are fulfilled.



  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
  • In-depth understanding of statistical modeling techniques and applications
  • Working knowledge of a statistical programming language, such as SAS, R, Python.
  • Solid proficiency of decision making and problem resolution skills
  • Passion for results with a challenger mind-set
