About the Role:

The role is part of the Independent Quality Check (IQC) team. His/her primary responsibility is to lead the QC team and coordinate with the Project Management Team along with the Client Servicing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the flow of the project and check the status of each project and coordinate with the respective teams.
  • Look at the questionnaire from QC front, decide question feasibility and implementation.
  • Ensuring implementation of QC links
  • Attend the briefings organized by the CS team and subsequently take the same for auditors.
  • Responsible for the complete IQC team including executives and auditors.
  • Responsible for daily progress of the IQC team and ensuring daily productivity is achieved hence adhering to the daily targets.
  • Prepare the Report format according to the requirement and share it with the stakeholders.
  • Automate download Data dump (Selected Variables) and provide it to the respective EIC.
  • Checking QC progress with the EIC. View reports prepared by them and gave sign off so that they can send to the respective stakeholders on time.
  • Do the rejection analysis and share recommendations with the CS team.
  • Do the analysis of the rejection of records at centre + Interviewer level and provide inputs to the CS and Ops team.
  • Responsible for maintaining the IQC budget.

 

Requirement & Skills

  • Any graduate in any stream
  • At Least 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in Market Research industry
  • Understands technology and is able to use the same in different circumstances
  • Developing management skills in supporting a cohesive team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (oversees the production and delivery of quality outputs at all times)
  • Able to coordinate on number of projects at a time/multitask
  • Efficient with MS Excel
  • Understand the operational metrics as well as survey data
  • Familiarity with digital marketing/outreach (preferred)
  • Fluency (verbal and written) in English and Local Language essential

Location:

Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore (Preferably Mumbai)
