Marketing and Communications Specialist


Digital Ops – Panel Management


As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing parts of the Nielsen Digital research panel recruitment strategy. You will cover a wide variety of duties such as affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, design and analysis of recruitment creatives, web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, and keyword strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Work closely with the Recruitment and Managers to identify needs and plan strategy accordingly
  • Manage Social Media Campaigns – work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research
  • Identify key SEO KPIs
  • Monitor email performance and web analytics
  • Prepare and present reports regularly
  • Research, test and scale new panelist (customer) acquisition channels, techniques and technologies
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
  • Create or be able to edit recruitment material – banners, emails ,etc

Required Qualifications: 

  • Willingness to troubleshoot and investigate without clear instruction
  • Good working knowledge of customer/panel acquisition strategies
  • Willingness to learn all cross-functional processes related to Production, including methodology 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a media/market research co., preferably in a professional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft and G-Suite products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Eagerness to learn additional products/processes in production, including crossdata points 
  • Familiarity with Google Adwords, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, and/or other marketing platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, self-motivated and able to learn new skills quickly 
  • Highly detail oriented, strong commitment to timely execution of tasks 
  • Works well in team or individual environment 
  • Spanish Bilingual skills are a plus
