Job Description

As the new Nielsen Consumer Intelligence Business Unit begins our journey, we are laser focused on placing the highest quality consumer insights and powerful new tools directly into the hands of our clients. The GTM Lead will partner with our Product and Commercial teams to serve up the very best consumer panel solutions in our Southeast Asian panel markets. He/she will liaise across functions to provide clarity on consumer panel capabilities, highlight our solutions’ unique value drivers, maximize product fit and usage for our client base, and ensure product roadmaps are informed with essential market and segment feedback to continuously meet evolving needs. 

Panel product contact for Thailand /Indonesia /Singapore /South Korea /Hong Kong /Philippines /Australia / New Zealand markets

  • Articulate product availability, timelines,  & benefits
  • Help client teams match  “on-the-shelf” solution capabilities to client needs
  • Identify E2E gaps – escalate, prioritize, help remove blockers 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure deployment readiness & success (we are enablers, not always doers!)
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap priorities
  • SIMPLIFY – SCALE – SYNDICATE (transform to profitable product led org)

Key initiatives underway: (enable client teams/clients to understand benefits and prepare for change management)

  • Platform convergence (migrations to CIP/ NCPS)
  • Period Weighting/ Trip projection roll out
  • Connect Express deployments
  • Omnipanel or panel expansions is select markets

You are excited to bring new and improved consumer panel data, platforms and deliverables to our teams and clients. You're energized by democratizing data and transforming client access to a self-serve model for essential shopper insights.  You enjoy engaging directly with multiple client and operational teams, helping them map solutions to client needs, and guiding them with playbooks and materials. You have a strong desire to help grow Nielsen’s consumer panel business through flawless execution, bringing exciting new CPS products to market, and driving continuous improvement through effective feedback.


  • 3-5 years experience working with consumer panel data
  • Familiarity with panel tools and platforms (CASE, CIP, Connect Express, i-Sights, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of consumer panel projection options (household, trip)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent command of Google sheets and slides to build strong project plans and playbooks
  • Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to oversee/ guide cross-functional teams
