Program Lead, Strategic People Initiatives – 76561

What is the role?

As the business strategy for our Media organization grows and changes, so does our talent strategy. The Strategic Program Lead for the Media Commercial People team understands the needs of the business and the skillsets of the People team’s US and International groups, and executes creative, well-developed plans to enhance our strategic plans. 

 

What will I do?

  • Maintain clear understanding of US and International business and talent priorities and develop HR strategic projects that support them 
  • Report to SVP, Human Resources and partner with Talent Strategists to identify talent needs and specific projects to be rolled out across Media Commercial and International businesses 
  • Create long- and short-term plans in partnership with Talent Strategists, including setting timelines for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources, and adjusting schedules and targets as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact across US and International teams, and a liaison for Media Commercial Talent Strategists, PTOC Talent Strategists, COE/HR Operations partners, and MarComms partners to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Manage team through projects including, but not limited to: job family architecture, talent planning actions, team huddle preparation, communication cadence to the business,  etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Business Information Systems, or an equivalent degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR business partnering, HR centers of excellence, or strategic projects
  • Experience in collaborating on projects and project management
  • Analytical aptitude and proficiency in Google Suite and project managing software
  • Polished, persuasive communication skills with experience in group presentations and proposal writing
  • Preferred: Proficiency in SAP and Visier
