Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Making the characteristic separations and coding of the products
  • Specializing in the use of OGRDS
  • Take category responsibility and specializing in this field
  • Be aware of newly launched or relaunched products provided by the system, keep an eye on the reality of the shelf vs the product provided by the product coding platform
  • Follow the developments in the sector
  • Archive and supply product catalogs, product lists, barcode lists from manufacturers, web sites, leaflets and / or from the field for ad-hoc projects or categories under focus 
  • Follow up with the product information from inside or outside of the company and to inform about this issue between departments and create alignment on categories
  • To fully master the workflow and functioning of her/his unit and between all departments, to learn and use the in-department work flow and follow-up files and processes
  • Tracking the new product identification forms coming from the field and circulating them to the relevant units
  • Track and locate the standard documentation of processes, SOPs
  • Keep up with the trainings regarding global enhancements on OGRDS and filters
  • Maintain the category and sector product coding standards, brief and direct the output and client services teams accordingly

Reference data processor is a role responsible for analysis and data processing in a timely and high-quality manner in the range of assigned product categories.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree (preferably in a technical field) 1+ year of any job experience (understanding what is teamwork)
  •  Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  •  Analytical Skills
  •  Attention to details and readiness for routine work
  •  Intermediate English knowledge, both verbal and written
  •  Proficiency in PC and MS Office standard tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), a quick learner of new software
  •  Strong orientation on self-development
