SAP Manager – HR, Support Solutions


A HCM Consultant is a member of the HR Technology team and works with other IT and Business team members to implement, enhance, and support the SuccessFactors platform at Nielsen.  They engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements of business processes and translate them into working solutions.  

Our HCM Consultants have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complicated things simply in an international environment. We measure our success by building a relationship with our business partners, both HR and IT. 


  • You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives

  • SAP HR/ Successfactors consultant  to understand High level requirements, develop detailed requirements, develop a business case and develop Functional requirements.

  • Should have worked on SAP HYBRID model , SAP Successfactors Migration from SAP HR to SAP SF.

  • Responsible for SAP HR Modules – SAP Payroll, Personal Administration, Organisational Management,  Time Management (Leave Application, Time evaluation, etc) 

  • Supporting the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors (bidirectional) .

  • Works on the integration from SAP to Non SAP systems  and ensures that the systems are congruent with one another and data is accurate.

  • Supporting data migration for project rollout.

  • Should have experience in understanding user requirements and propose SAP SF Solutions to the requirements.

  • Should give required Functional teams for SAP SF Integrations teams to configure legacy & ECC Systems.

  • Strong understanding of SAP HR Core , SF Compensation, SF RCM , Time Management & Interfaces 

  • Good understanding  in SF Data models like Corporate data and MDFs, propagation data models, Succession data models.

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Should be a good co-Coordinator and team player.


  • Candidates must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision. 

  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support.


  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as SAP HCM professional. 

  • OM, PA, PTM, Interfaces, LSMW, BDC, Standard/ Custom Reports, Custom Developments, Work with ABAP on RICEFW

  • Experience in managing large-scale, global implementation projects for SAP systems, with at least one valid accreditation in the required modules

  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with S4 Hana, PO Integrations, LMS Connectors, Boomi Integrations, SAP Cloud Platform is desired but not required.

  • Essential to have minimum 4 end to end implementation experience.
