ABOUT THIS JOB
Participate and comply with the Basic Training Program of the Company and assist the Managers and Account Executives in customer service, for their executive and professional development.
- Being in constant contact with clients in order to clarify their needs and follow up their concerns
- Assist the Executives and Account Managers in your area / management.
- Study in detail the products and services offered by the Cía. as well,learn to use support software.
- Organize, analyze and logically present the information received to gain practice in the preparation and presentation of data through presentations.
- Being in constant contact with internal areas such as Analytics, Data Science.

- Licenciate degree in Administration, Industrial Engineer, Marketing or similar
- Experience in commercial roles and with client management (desirable)
- Intermediate Excel level
