The Delivery Consultant has an appreciation of Nielsen solutions, leading the delivery of service to the relevant clients making sure of the quality of data insights that we share with clients, by proposing optimal analytical solutions with actionable business insights, based on a deep understanding of client needs and robust analytical expertise across various Nielsen solutions.
Turn complexity into simplicity and show clients how to optimise their trade spend. We’re looking for a mid-level delivery consultant to work with our Price & Promotions team in Hong Kong. He/she is responsible for listening to, discovering and understanding client needs to identify analytical approaches/ solutions by leveraging Nielsen’s unique value proposition. He/she is expected to proactively build valuable client relationships and support the growth of the business.
Address client business needs, diagnosing business issues and agreeing solutions that fully support clients’ objectives in order to deliver high growth for the Nielsen IA business while meeting the company's quality standards
Liaise with other delivery consultants as well as other internal stakeholders (Eg. Sales, Client Service, Modelling team) to ensure alignment on strategies and message for each client.
Ensure all client projects deliver high value to clients with a demonstrated return on
Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client
Assist in ensuring adherence to the approved company policies on business conduct/ethics when servicing clients
Manage assigned Price & Promotion client analytics projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, with regular communication, and actionable insights and recommendations
Perform quantitative analysis utilising superior attention to detail when reporting research findings
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Simplify complex outputs into actionable, understandable outcomes for clients
Partner with internal sales channels to support revenue growth
Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs
Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
This role does not have any people management responsibilities at present, but this may become an opportunity for the development of the successful candidate in the future. Candidate with good FMCG industry understanding will be the best match.
- 2-4 years of experience in research
- Any post graduation
