Technical Operations Manager
As a Technical Operations Manager you will be responsible for monitoring & supporting existing clients who push data into the Nielsen Marketing Cloud and/or out to partner platforms. You will work primarily with our commercial team to execute client requests and troubleshoot issues, communicating clearly, concisely & transparently. You will also collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, QA & launch new products & streamlined processes.
Work with clients and partners to implement, maintain & monitor integrations.
Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and define, test, and roll out new features to our platform.
Work closely with the product team to improve customer success across our platform.
Develop and maintain internal tools to monitor core processes.
Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into platform usage.
Troubleshoots system errors and escalates internally within the team or directly to RnD.
1 + years of experience in ad tech, operations or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
Familiar with cloud concepts
Understanding of advertising technology, associated ecosystem, and common processes (e.g. server-to-server integrations, real-time bidding, cookie sync, etc).
Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs.
Experience working with OTT.
Knowledge of Privacy regulation like CCPA/GDPR.
- Knowledge of 1st & 3rd party cookie tracking.
