Responsible for leading the management of the Adlntel team and client relationship and building a solid network to ensure that all commitments are achieved, motivating and building the capability of a high performing team to improve business performance on all media monitoring processes.




  • Guaranteeing all quantitative and qualitative requirements of Nielsen clients as well as the in-time data delivery according to the product descriptions

  • Responsibility for outlook and budget planning, monthly actual tracking and variance reporting and adherence to budget

  • Capacity planning, securing resources, recruitment in cooperation with HR

  • Leadership responsibility for direct reports, personnel development and team management

  • Coordination and calculation of timing and costs for requests for further development of products, as well as discussion of such requests with the internal business partners Apps Dev, CSM and, where necessary, international partners

  • Execution of projects in cooperation within PTOC (Product, Technology, Operations and Content)  in an agile approach, stakeholder meeting participation and steering

  • Definition and sustained monitoring of operative and technical KPIs 

  • Responsibility for achieving year over year productivity target

  • Coordination with regard to content of operative topics with the Commercial Team for client and quality control meetings

  • Escalation management for operative and technical crisis situations

  • Stakeholder responsibility for projects with Local / international participation





  • Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience

  • Profound knowledge of work and process routines in Global Media Operations

  • Very good knowledge of process analyses, work methodology and change management

  • Very strong people management expertise

  • High level of communication skills and social competence

  • Proactive, independent working style

  • Very good English language skills (Business English written and spoken)

  • Basic language skills of monitored language is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Open mind for relations with local JIC and media sales houses/media agencies

  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility in order to master a variable workload
