Nielsen, a leading global performance management company announced that Desmond Wang is appointed as Managing Director, Nielsen Taiwan, with responsibility for all of Nielsen’s business activities in Taiwan. Desmond reports to Yan Xuan, president of Nielsen Greater China.

Prior to his role as Nielsen Taiwan Watch business leader, Desmond served as vice president, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Vertical Nielsen Taiwan. In his new role as Managing Director for Nielsen Taiwan, Desmond is based in Taipei.
Desmond holds an MBA degree and M.S. degree in Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven, Connecticut.
