As Director of Neuroscience for Europe, Nikki is responsible for ensuring that Nielsen is delivering the best possible neuroscience research to clients. From guiding initial study design to fit client objectives through to final data analysis and providing neuroscience insights to explain findings and guide recommendations, everything is overseen to ensure that Nielsen clients receive top-quality and insightful research projects. Nikki works closely with the academics on our scientific advisory board to ensure that the science underpinning our methods is cutting-edge, and that our clients are receiving insights based on the very latest learnings from neuroscience.
For the last 15 years, Nikki has focused on applying neuroscience techniques to the world of market research, working with brands to better understand their customers and improve their marketing. Nikki’s doctoral work focussed on how the human brain perceives and evaluates objects, specifically how the attention and emotion systems influence behaviour.
