Deanie Elsner is the President of the $4 billion U.S. Snacks business unit, the largest business unit in the Kellogg Global portfolio, with leading iconic brands such as Pringles, Cheez-It and Rice Krispies Treat. She is also a member of the company’s Global Leadership Team and Kellogg North America Leadership Team.
Prior to joining Kellogg Company, Deanie served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Kraft Foods. During her 23-year tenure with Kraft, Deanie served in a variety of leadership roles including, President, Beverages, and President, Kraft Foods European Coffee business. She also held a variety of marketing management positions in grocery and Kraft’s former pizza business and served as the European Marketing Services VP.
Prior to joining Kraft, Deanie worked in Sales for Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.
Deanie serves on the Board of Directors for Owens Corning in addition to serving on the Board of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA).
Deanie received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Arizona and a Master’s of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.
