Nita Song is the President and Chief Momentum Officer of IW Group, an award-winning agency specializing in multicultural, Asian and generational marketing. Nita has over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications and agency management. In her 15-plus years at IW Group, Nita has successfully evolved IW Group’s services from PR to advertising to integrated and experiential marketing. Most recently, she’s led the significant transformation and expansion of the agency into an emerging leader in digital, buzz marketing and influencer marketing, adding HBO, Fox, Warner Bros, Sugarfina, MGM and Brown-Foreman, to an already esteemed and valued client roster including McDonald’s, Wells Fargo, Lexus, Disney and Southern California Edison. Under her leadership, IW Group continues to lead the industry as one of the most successful, award-winning multicultural agencies, with accolades and awards from the Association of National Advertisers, PRSA, PRWeek and 3AF.
In April 2018, Nita was recognized on the Gold House A100 List of the most impactful and transformative Asian American influencers and leaders in the U.S. Nita dedicates time to serve on community and industry organizations, including the Comcast NBCUniversal Diverse Advisory Council and the Board of Directors of 3AF, and also chairs the Board of Directors of Advancing Justice – LA. Nita is a graduate of the University of Southern California and resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two kids.
