Nielsen and Better Business Bureau Are Helping Consumers Shop Safely and Score Deals Online

Just in time for the holiday shopping season, Better Business Bureau (BBB) released Savvy Shopping, the first in a series of education resources from its Digital IQ initiative. Digital IQ is a collaborative education program between BBB, Acxiom, Adobe and Nielsen designed to equip consumers with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate the digital world.

The Internet is a powerful source of information, social engagement and entertainment; navigating these digital pathways is an essential life skill. Digital IQ’s tools and resources are designed by educational experts to help consumers get the most of their digital experience: accessing the information they are looking for on the Internet, avoiding malware and falling victim to hacks, expressing preferences, exercising informed choices and shopping smart.
