This quarter, we’re excited to bring you analytics on the latest view of the shopper: what are the most important factors — in addition to price — when choosing where to shop? In preparation for the Detailhandelstagung 2019, we’ve also analyzed seven different Shopper Missions — identifying what people are shopping for and when.

And lastly, using learnings from small companies, we’ve delved into product innovation, and how bigger companies can use successes from small ones to bring new products to the market.
