CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE Q3 2014 PRIZE DRAW

a. New Zealand National Publications Readership Survey (Face to Face Weeks 27-37) between 26 June and 15 September 2014; or

b. New Zealand Radio Listening Diary (Wave 3) between 27 June and 15 September 2014; or

c. Radio New Zealand Listener Survey (2014/3) between 27 June and 23 September 2014.

will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Quarter 3 2014 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible respondent for each of (a) – (c) above.

will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Quarter 3, 2014 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. Limit of one Completed Survey (d) per eligible respondent.

1.応募は、四半期ごとの賞金抽選の対象となるニュージーランド居住者のみが可能です。プロモーターの従業員およびその近親者は応募資格がありません。

2. Promotion commences on 26 June 2014 and closes on 15 October 2014. The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above.

3. The draw will take place at 11am on 29 October 2014. The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winner’s name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 9 November 2014. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
